ASHRE Care is committed to continuous improvement in the level of care knowledge and care competence of its  employees. ALL employees  are required to undergo a continuous training and development program via a combination of online and in-class refreshers courses annually. This annnual refreshers training program will provide staff with up to date knowledge and skills helping ASHRE Care to continuously improve the quality of care we provide to our clients.

Infection Prevention & Control

The Infection Control Program at ASHRE Care is designed to prevent, identify, report, investigate, and control the spread of infections and communicable disease for all residents, staff, volunteers, visitors, and other individuals providing services under a contractual arrangement. This program aims to provide a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment; and to help prevent the development and transmission of disease and infection, in accordance with the MOH Regulations, and national guidelines .


Medication Administration

Medications will be administered to residents as prescribed by the authorized prescriber. Nursing staff authorized to administer medications do so only after they have familiarized themselves with the medication. 


Hydration Management

Hydration Management The promotion of adequate fluid balance that prevents complications resulting from abnormal or undesired fluid levels.


Personal Care for Clients

Personal Care is
